Name: Hydrification Technique (Suika no Jutsu - 水化の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Suiton Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu || Hozuki Clan Duration: / Cooldown: / Description: Hydrification Technique is a protean, whole-body technique whereby the user can liquefy their body at will. It is the signature technique of the Hōzuki clan. This technique makes it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks. From a single hair, to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified at will. Be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack in a liquefied state, this technique boasts a high strategic value. Applying this technique, the user can also modify their body parts for suitable situations. Boasting high strategic value, the only way to contain a user of this technique is to lock them up in an airtight container so they cannot move about. When the user passes out, they turn into a jelly-like state. Since this technique turns the body into water, the Hōzuki are extremely vulnerable to Lightning Release techniques, taking double damage from all Lightning based jutsu and weaponry.

Can easily pierce through most clones, and roughly 1/2 inch of unprotected human flesh.

Name: Water Release: Great Water Arm Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive, Supplementary Element: Suiton Range: Close Specialty: Ninjutsu || Hozuki Clan Duration: Until canceled or knocked out of the state Cooldown: Double the duration Description: By putting the Hydrification Technique into practical use, the muscles of the arm are temporarily enlarged and strengthened. Moisture is gathered from the whole body and compressed into the entire arm, like an instant pump-up. However, because it is essential to properly control the moisture balance inside the body, this technique's degree of difficulty is very high. The technique gives the user superhuman strength, (raising it 3 tiers) capable of breaking through both rock walls and steel doors with ease.
Name: Water Release: Tate Eboshi Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offenside, Defensive Element: Suiton Range: Close - Mid Specialty: Ninjutsu || Hozuki Clan Duration: Until Canceled or Destroyed Cooldown: Double the duration Description: After using his Hydrification Technique to merge with a water source, the Hozuki can form a giant wave that looks like a demon-like fish. The Hozuki can use this form to battle larger opponents, or he can use it to shield allies from attack. It is strong enough to physically push back a tailed beast, but obviously weak to Raiton, amplifying the destructive power of lightning two fold.

Name: Hidden Mist Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -5 chakra per post Cooldown: duration + 5 posts Description: This displacement technique is a specialty of the ninja from areas with large sources of water nearby, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a per-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. Any Doujutsu with the ability to 'See' chakra can easily defeat the mists; as well as a sensor ninja of 2 ranks above the user.
Name: Water Release: Hiding in Water Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 5 post, -10 chakra per post after initial 5 Cooldown: 10 posts Description: Using this jutsu, a ninja is able to be concealed within water itself. The user may submerge in a body of water as small and shallow as a puddle. While submerged, the ninja is perfectly hidden, detectable only by sensors of 1 rank higher or more from the user; or a normal ninja of 2 ranks higher.

Name: CQC: Counter Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Defensive Element: - Range: Close Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The user can intercept incoming physical attacks. They will grab the wrist and forearm should the attack come in the form of a punch. They will grab the ankle and heel should the attack come in the form of a kick. Other physical attacks, for example knees, elbows and headbutts, can also be countered at the user's discretion. Once countered the user can then push the target off balance, or chain other CQC attacks, such as CQC: Break and CQC: Throw. The user must have the necessary speed and strength for a successful counter, for it will not work against stronger, faster opponents.
Name: CQC: Break Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: - Range: Close Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This technique is typically used after CQC: Counter to disable an opponent and quickly end a confrontation. After an attack is successfully countered, the user will then dislocate or even break the limb used to attack.
If a punch is countered, the user will use the momentum to send the target off balance with a trip, keeping hold of the wrist and forearm and twisting in a clockwise motion, which ends with the target down on their chest, and the user above them in an armbar position. The user is free to then dislocate or break the restrained arm. Countering a kick ends in a similar fashion, as with other physical attacks. The user must have the necessary speed and strength for a successful break, for it will not work against faster and stronger opponents.
Name: CQC: Disarm Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Defensive Element: - Range: Close Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This CQC technique is typically used after CQC: Counter. When faced with an opponent brandishing a weapon, the user uses both hands to grab the wrist and forearm of the opponent's arm used to swing the weapon towards him, using the appropriate hand to break the opponent's grip upon their weapon and disarm them. At this point, the user can either release the opponent, or chain in other attacks, such as CQC: Break and CQC: Throw. The user must have the necessary strength and speed for a successful Disarm, for it will not work against stronger, faster opponents.
Name: CQC: Throw Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: - Range: Close Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This CQC technique is typically used after CQC: Counter. After an attack is launched and countered, the user turns to the appropriate side, keeping their grip on the limb the opponent used to attack, and throws them over their shoulder, slamming them to the ground. The throw is mostly used as a way to create space and to set up other attacks, yet the throw itself will deal varying amounts of damage depending on how the opponent lands. If the opponent is thrown so that they land on their chest or head, the impact will cause them to be stunned for 1 post. The user must have the necessary strength and speed for a successful Throw, for it will not work against stronger, faster opponents.
Name: CQC: Strike Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: - Range: Close Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This technique can be used after CQC: Counter, but also by itself. CQC: Strike consists of 5 rapid attacks, starting with a right jab, a left jab, a sweeping left kick to the right thigh, a left cross to the solar plexus, and ended with a right cross, to either the chest area or the jaw. A successful use of CQC: Counter beforehand guarantees that the first right jab will stun the recipient of the technique, ensuring that the entire combo connects, whereas using the combo by itself runs the risk of the opponent countering or avoiding it. All 5 attacks connecting will knock an opponent unconscious. The user must also have the necessary strength and speed to perform the technique, otherwise the opponent will be unaffected.
Name: CQC: Restrain & Choke Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Defensive Element: - Range: Close Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This technique is best used after CQC: Counter, and can be used after CQC: Disarm, but can also be attempted should the user take the opponent's back.
The choke has two variations: Restraint and Choke. In the restraint version, the attacker clasps his hands together after encircling the opponent's neck and one of their arms; in this fashion the user can simply restrain them, useful for ending fights or interrogations.
In the choke version, the user's arm encircles the opponent's neck and then grabs his own biceps on the other arm. This closes the windpipe and cuts off blood flow to the brain. Should this hold be locked onto an opponent for 2 posts, the target will be rendered unconscious. The user can kill the target if this hold is locked on for 3 posts; they must have the necessary strength and speed to perform it.
If the opponent's strength is higher than the user's, or within the same tier range, they can easily break out of the hold. If the user is at least 1 rank stronger than the opponent, the hold will be impossible to break.

Name: Wind Release: Cyclone Technique (Fūton: Tatsumaki no Jutsu - 風遁・竜巻の術) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: A rather simple technique which allows the user to create a substantially sized cyclone for offensive purposes. Specifically, after performing the necessary hand seals, this technique can be set to ram into a target with an incredible force as well as slice an enemy with multiple wind based blades concealed with the cyclone. In addition to this standard usage, this technique can also be conjured around a particular target and then commanded to collapse in on the target delivering severe cuts and a crushing force simultaneously. This technique's ramming strength can usually be impeded by a sturdy defense, though the blade like portion of the attack will damage even solid stone.

Name: Ink Clone Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: All Specialty: Ink Release | Ninjutsu Duration: Until dispersed or destroyed Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This clone, made from a small amount of ink, carrying chakra, is different from the ordinary Clone Technique in that it has actual substance and mass, making it difficult to see through. The user is able to make use of the clone for missions involving surprise attacks, infiltration, and assassinations. However, experienced ninja are able to see through this technique. The user and their clones also have the ability to stay mentally in contact with each other. If the user is rendered unconscious, the ink clones are dispersed.

Name: Sound Release: Vibrational Punch Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: - Range: Close Specialty: Taijutsu, Sound Release Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: In order to increase the destructive power of his punch, Myuto channels sound vibrations through his fist using Sound Release chakra. This increases the destructive power of the punch many fold, and generates sound waves which echo repeatedly within the victim's body, causing massive internal damage. This is indicated by the tendency of victims to bleed and foam from the mouth after being struck.

This increases the destructive power of the kick many fold, and generates sound waves which echo repeatedly within the victim's body, causing massive internal damage. This is indicated by the tendency of victims to bleed and foam from the mouth after being struck.
Name: Sound Release: Weapon Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D-S Type: Offensive Element: - Range: Mid-Long Specialty: Ninjutsu, Sound Release Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This is one of Myuto's signature techniques. By concentrating his chakra through his hands and picks used to play his Koto, Myuto can create weapons composed of sound by simply playing his instrument, usually that of Swords, Axes, and whatever else he can imagine. Able to create up to 3 at any given time, Myuto can fling these weapons from the Koto towards his enemies. These weapons are able to slice through unprotected flesh easily, doing intended targets grave damage. All 3 weapons impacting armor of the rank used will destroy it completely. The effectiveness of these sound projectiles go down after a distance of about 20 feet.
Name: Sound Release: Blast Wave Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Defensive Element: - Range: Mid - Long Specialty: Sound Release Duration: 1-5 posts Cooldown: Double the Duration Description: After the hand sign is made Myuto builds up Sound Release chakra in his Melody Arm and releases the sound chakra as a large blast wave of sound that can send enemies flying. The impact of the wave alone is able to breaks bones depending on how much chakra is used and can potentially kill if the enemy is flung into something like a wall.
Canon/Custom: Sound Release: Hypnotism Song Rank: A Type: Defensive - Supplementary Element: - Range: Short - Mid Specialty: Sound Release, Genjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description: This is one of Myuto's signature Techniques. Myuto plays a special song that he wrote himself. Besides himself and any allies that happen to be with him at the time, any who hear this song played for a limited amount of time (3 posts) will be completely hypnotized, and at the mercy of Myuto. He can also play the song to specific sound frequencies so that only certain targets will be affected rather than entire crowds. The target(s) will comply with all of Myuto's commands. Being mute, Myuto can command his target(s) to do various things with his hands, even command the target(s) to kill others, or themselves.
Name: Sound Release: Encore Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: - Range: Mid - Far Specialty: Ninjutsu, Sound Release Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: Sound Release: Encore is a simple jutsu used by Myuto. He normally uses it after using another sound jutsu. It allows him to directly use the same jutsu used before without the cost of chakra.
Name: Sound Release: Sonoportation Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Offensive - Supplementary Element: - Range: All ranger Specialty: Sound Release Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: Sound Release: Sonoportation is a high ranked teleportation technique that uses sound as its base. By flowing Sound Release chakra around his body, Myuto can teleport via sound, merging into sound and appearing anywhere else from the same element. The technique is activated by him making some sort of sound, usually he does this by snapping his fingers. The speed of the teleportation is on par with the Speed of Sound. Myuto can teleport to close or far locations and can also teleport to even the tiniest sound made by another object, person, or animal in less than an instant.
